Sexual Health Services

Detroit Integrated Care provides sexual health and HIV prevention services for adults across Michigan through secure telehealth. Our services are designed to reduce barriers to care, support prevention, and promote overall health using a respectful, confidential, and non-judgmental approach.

We offer sexual health services as part of an integrated care model that also addresses mental health, substance use, and infectious disease needs.

Sexual health and HIV prevention services may include:

• HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) evaluation and management

• HIV testing and linkage to care

• Sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment

• Treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV) and other common infections

• Chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, and syphilis testing and treatment

• Sexual health counseling and risk-reduction education

All sexual health and HIV prevention services are provided via secure telehealth for individuals located in the state of Michigan at the time of the visit. Laboratory testing is coordinated locally when needed to ensure timely and accessible care. Services are tailored to individual needs and clinical indications.
