Hepatitis C Treatment

Detroit Integrated Care provides comprehensive Hepatitis C treatment for adults across Michigan through secure telehealth services. We offer evidence-based evaluation, treatment, and follow-up for individuals living with Hepatitis C, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions or substance use disorders.

Hepatitis C is a curable condition. Our clinic helps clients access testing, coordinate laboratory work, initiate antiviral therapy, and complete treatment with close clinical monitoring and support.

Our Hepatitis C treatment services include:

• Evaluation and diagnosis of Hepatitis C

• Coordination of required laboratory testing

• Prescription and management of direct-acting antiviral (DAA) therapy

• Monitoring for treatment response and side effects

• Post-treatment follow-up and cure confirmation (SVR)

• Education on liver health and prevention of reinfection

All services are provided with a low-barrier, non-judgmental approach, particularly for individuals who have experienced barriers to care. Clients do not need to be abstinent from substance use to receive Hepatitis C treatment.
