Addiction Treatment Services

Addiction treatment services at Detroit Integrated Care focus on evidence-based, compassionate care for individuals living with substance use disorders. We provide outpatient addiction treatment for adults in Detroit and throughout Michigan via secure telehealth, helping clients reduce harm, stabilize recovery, and improve overall health. Detroit Integrated Care does not provide emergency or inpatient services. Individuals requiring urgent or medically supervised detoxification will be referred to appropriate higher levels of care.

Our approach integrates medication management, mental health care, and care coordination to address the complex needs of individuals with substance use disorders. Treatment plans are individualized and grounded in shared decision-making, clinical best practices, and respect for each person’s recovery goals.

We offer treatment in a non-judgmental, supportive environment and work collaboratively with community partners, recovery programs, and primary care providers when appropriate.
